All KDJ Book Store products are digital eBooks (PDF). No physical product will be shipped.

2. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed securely on our checkout pages hosted by SuperProfile. After successful payment, access to the digital product is provided electronically using the delivery method specified on the payment page. If you experience any payment or delivery issues, please contact us for assistance.

3. Personal use

The purchased eBook is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit the eBook or its contents without prior written permission from KDJ Book Store.

4. Intellectual property

All original content, text, photos, illustrations, and design elements in our eBooks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where otherwise stated.

5. Educational purpose

Refund Policy

As this is a digital product with instant access upon purchase, all purchases are considered final and are non-refundable once access to the ebook has been provided. We have provided sample pages and previews on the product payment page to help you review the content and understand what the ebook offers before making your purchase. Please review the available previews and product details carefully before placing your order. Please contact us if you encounter a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or another purchase-related issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you were charged twice, your eBook was not delivered, or the eBook is materially different from what its payment page describes, we will look into it and resolve it fairly.

What we collect

When you buy an eBook, the checkout page asks for your name, email address and phone number. We use these only to deliver your eBook, send your purchase receipt and help you with support requests.

Payments

Payments are handled by our checkout partner (SuperProfile) and its payment gateway. KDJ Book Store does not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
